Registration for the 2026-2027 School Year

Our registration process consists of two parts: Application and Enrollment.

**Thank you for your interest in Our Lady of Victory School. Registration for the 2026-2027 School Year is closed. Classes and waitlists filled very quickly. If you have submitted an application, you will be notified of the enrollment status by February 15th through email.**

1. Complete the online Application between January 1st - February 1st. To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

2. Applications for parishioners will be reviewed first, followed then by non-parishioners. If we have more applicants than spots available we will process applications in order of time in parish, and then timestamps of the application submission. 

3. By February 15th you will receive an email. If we have accepted your application, there will be directions on how to complete the second step in the process, the enrollment packet. If the grade applying for is full, you will receive an email stating the waitlist status. 

 Please keep the following in mind:

• Active Parishioners have priority registration

• All students transferring in grades 1-8 will need to provide the following upon registration in addition to necessary medical forms:

  • 1 letter of teacher recommendation 

  • most recent progress report or report card 

  • letter of family intent of participation and involvement
